Child Support

Child support is usually determined along with a divorce or paternity case. However, it may also be revised at a later time should there be a change in circumstances. Child support is determined by taking into account each parent’s:

  • income
  • expenses
  • number of children
  • cost of child care
  • medical and dental insurance for the child
  • out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses for the child
