Child Support
Child support is usually determined along with a divorce or paternity case. However, it may also be revised at a later time should there be a change in circumstances. Child support is determined by taking into account each parent’s:
- income
- expenses
- number of children
- cost of child care
- medical and dental insurance for the child
- out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses for the child
